My training style is movement based strength training. Workouts are varied and designed to meet each individuals specific needs and goals.
When we train movements, not muscles, we build an intrinsic and unconscious knowledge of our body's strength, power and control. Maximizing efforts in our workouts to efficiently and effectively move through life, sports activities or any physical aspects of our day.
